Conveyancing Solicitor
Our client has been established for over 200 years , they pride themselves on providing their clients with both a personal and quality service . Are now looking for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join there expanding property team based in the pretty market town of Great Dunmow.
The Role
* You will handle a varied case load of conveyancing matters with minimal supervision
* Taking on a full caseload comprising of sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, registered and unregistered, new builds, help to buy scheme, re- mortgage , transfer of equity
* In addition to property work covers the areas of family law and wills, trusts and probate with two support workers
* Ensuring all parties are kept up to date
The Person
* You will be an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
* Experienced with help to buy scheme , re- mortgage, transfer of equity
* Some Commercial property experience preferred but not essential
* Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail is essential
