Litigation Assistant – Defendant

Sue Ross Legal are working with a leading, international law firm who are looking to recruit a Litigation Executive. You would be joining the Healthcare division based in the Sheffield office and duties will include;
* Assisting with and working on NHS Resolution EL/PL litigation matters
* Working with a number of clients across the healthcare sector
* Advising on issues including medical insurance, health law, regulatory matters
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have handled defendant EL/PL cases and have some litigation experience.
