Director to Country Manager; Digital Forensics – Germany

Rare opportunity to join a leading global firm in Germany as Associate Director with the potential to step up into a Country Manager position.
You will need to be willing to relocate (after lockdown) to Germany and have strong German (ideally fluent). Also English.
* Provide expert level confident, clear, effective communication and have extensive experience obtained in Computer/Digital Forensics with customers through all forms of communication
* Conduct and manage at an expert level, with common or advanced data collections and forensic analysis. Expert level documentation for the analysis, rebuilding, recovery and presentation of relevant computer forensic data etc. Be able to fully explain the recovery of data from storage media using computer forensic analysis methods to access and analyse data. Determine relevancy, and/or provide an expert level output to meet customer objectives.
* Work with management to determine best practices. Work with and help lead team members in established best practices. Provide guidance for best practices and the most desirable courses of action.
Results:
* Ability to conduct expert level and detailed discussions, with any potential or existing client in a clear, confident, positive manner.
* Fully understand, explain, and follow accepted forensic protocols, processes and procedures used internally to find and provide relevant output to meet customer needs.
* Use best practices and apply that knowledge at an expert level to assist with the testing of tools with the overall goals being to analyze media, recover deleted data, create reports, and meet customer objectives as quickly and efficiently as possible.
* Assist sales personnel, project managers, managers, and consultants with customer conference calls and help answer customer questions about technology, terminology, data relevancy, reports and the accessing of data that they possess or that has been provided to them through analysis and reporting.
* Business Travel Requirements: Business travel is required at times.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
* The minimum education and experience required for this position is usually a degree and and relevant experience in the field of Digital Forensics.
SKILLS:
* Data Collection Experience
* 6-8 years’ experience:
* conducting PC and mobile imaging/collection or conducting network collections; or conducting Webmail & Social Media collections; or conducting Remote Data Collections.
* conducting targeted live collections (remote and onsite); or conducting one or more of the above
* Data Analysis Experience of EnCase, FTK or similar forensics certification and years’ experience conducting forensic analysis of data; and experience preparing written reports concerning the analysis of data; and
* Testimony Experience
* Ideally you have had an instance of oral court testimony
