As part of their continuing growth strategy, our client has an exciting opportunity for an NQ-1PQE Corporate Lawyer to join their dynamic, award-winning Corporate, Commercial and Banking team. This is a great opportunity to progress and work with like-minded professionals and top clients whilst still retaining a work-life balance, as well as gaining valuable sector experience. The successful candidate will have experienced a range of corporate and reorganisation transactions during their training contract and any post-qualification period.
THE ROLE
You will have the opportunity to assist the team on a broad range of corporate transactions, including:
* Company transactions including mergers and acquisitions
* Disposals, restructures and business reorganisations
* Directors’ duties and shareholders’ agreements.
* Company refinancing and share schemes.
* Limited liability partnerships

* Enthusiasm for business development and some experience
* Ability to take on responsibility
