Support Conveyancer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £28000 – £30000/annum + bonus + 27 days holiday
We’re looking add an experienced conveyancer to take on a slightly different role within our conveyancing team; to not run your own caseload, but to provide support to absent colleagues or provide additional resource to help with backlogs within the department.
Whilst providing support, you will be responsible for progressing conveyancing cases, managing transactions pro-actively across all stages from inception to exchange of contracts and completion – so you’ll need to be able to work flexibly, be able to parachute into another fee earners work and pick it up quickly and oversee any key parts / transactions within the file.
This might appeal to someone who comes from a fee earning role, but perhaps doesn’t want the constraints of a fixed caseload and the pressures of day to day file management – or perhaps a locum who is looking for a permanent role and the stability that brings, and has the experience of short term management of different fee earners’ files.
In return you’ll be offered a basic salary of up to £30,000 plus monthly bonus and good benefits including 27 days holiday (plus bank holidays).
