Leading law firm is looking to hire a new People & Resourcing Executive (HR Officer) to report directly for the Head of Talent for Partners The role will provide operational support across the whole talent management and development strategy with an emphasis on the ‘Partner Experience’. The primary function of the role and the team is to support the Managing Partner and Senior Partner to ensure the firm’s Partners experience best in class support and development to enable them to flourish as individuals and succeed collectively as a Partnership.

In providing Talent Management and Development for the partnership, the primary areas of focus will be supporting the Head of Partner Talent in the following areas:

* Partner Engagement, Resilience & Welfare ("The Partner Experience")

* Talent Management, Succession Planning and Promotion (to and within the partnership)

* Leadership Development (in collaboration with Head of Learning & Development)

* Resourcing and Induction

* Performance Management

* Partner Market

* Inclusion & Diversity

Applicants require experience of the London legal recruitment market, being able to manage processes and busy workloads, the ability to manage and influence stakeholders and understanding the soft skills of HR in addition to knowing ER and be up to speed with inclusion and diversity strategies and policies.

Ideally looking for applicants with 2+ years legal HR experience.

This role is paying to £45,000
