Our fantastic client, a world leading London based international law firm is looking to recruit a recent graduate to be their new HR Administrator to provide a top class HR service to the London office – this role is being recruited as a temp-to-perm opportunity. Responsibilities will include preparing documents and letters including offer letters, salary increases and amendments to contracts, preparing documentation for background and conflict checks, compiling induction packs for new joiners, processing induction paperwork, managing invoice payment, creating and maintaining hard copy personnel files, assisting the HR Manager with administration relating to Vacation Scheme and Training Contract recruitment for the office, assisting with administrative tasks for the annual appraisal scheme, handling diary management for the HR team, taking minutes at meetings and any other duties when required. Additionally for this role you will be involved heavily with HR events, in terms of organisation, management and feedback. Applicants should have excellent written and oral communication skills and have the ability to work well in a team. You should also be HR focused, ensuring all HR information is treated sensitively and proactively promote good HR practice both internally and externally. Candidates should have a genuine interest in HR and be a positive and bubbly character with the gravitas of being able to work in a high pressured environment. Applicants need to be degree educated, ideally from within HR however not essential. Standard hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm. This law firm is regarded as one of the best law firms/companies to work for in London. This role will start as an initial temporary position or 3-month Fixed Term Contract with a view to going permanent
