Our client are seeking to appoint a Commercial Property solicitor to join their property team and oversee their commercial property offering. They have a range of business clients from Orkney to Stranraer and are one of the most prominent legal advisers in South West Scotland. They are looking for someone with a growth mindset who can innovatively contribute to the business and business activities, whilst overseeing an extensive portfolio of business and commercial clients.
They are looking for someone with the expertise to develop their commercial property offering who also has the ambition to grow within their business.
This full-time position will be based at their Ayr office. This opportunity will suit a candidate with at least 1 years’ PQE seeking a new challenge to work within an outstanding law firm.
The role will involve general commercial property work including commercial leasing, acting for both landlords and tenants in commercial leases; the purchase and sale of investment properties; including refinancing; acquisition and/or sales of companies and generally assisting their business clients in various sectors.
