CONVEYANCING SECRETARY
BOURNEMOUTH
SALARY NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING UPON EXPERIENCE
My client have a full time permanent vacancy in busy Conveyancing Department for hard working and enthusiastic conveyancing secretary.
The successful applicant will ideally have:-
• Experience in residential conveyancing
• Confident telephone manner handling telephone enquiries from Clients, Estate Agents and third parties.
• Be able to audio and copy type
• Be proficient with Outlook, Word and preferably Excel.
Experience with Lexis Nexis Smart Forms would be an advantage but not essential.
