A permanent, full-time role, Monday – Friday.

Location: Middlesbrough

Company: A firm who have 70 years’ experience with long established foundations in the North East.

The successful candidate will be able to manage a full and varied caseload independently. The work will include:

* Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties

* New build transactions

* Re-mortgages

* Right to buy and help to buy schemes

Expert knowledge of conveyancing transactions, SDLT and the completion process is essential.
