Litigation Solicitor

Salary : £30000 – £60000/annum
A law firm in West London is seeking a general litigator to join their busy office. This is an excellent career opportunity as the Senior Partner is looking to retire within the next 5 or so years, and he is looking to train his replacement.
The caseload will be a mix of Civil and Commercial Litigation, and includes, amongst other things, Employment, Landlord and Tenant, Insolvency, Childcare and Insolvency. There is no need to have experience in these areas, but it would be desirable.
The firm has been running for over 30 years and is well known in the local area. There is an amazing level of experience to draw on in, and you will have the opportunity to learn from a very successful litigator, and over time have the Senior Partner’s Clients passed over to you.
There will the opportunity to work from home for part of the week, even after the Covid crisis has past, and they are fully set up for remote working. There is strong secretarial support so you will have all the tools you require to succeed.
You will be able to display the following:
* Ability to maintain and build relationships
* An understanding of complex legal arguments and subtle interpretation
* A desire to develop litigation skills in a broad range of areas
* Minimum 2 Years’ PQE
* Capacity to deal with a large caseload
