Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £40000 – £70000/annum
My client is seeking dynamic, commercially minded qualified Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to join their Barnet, North London office or Ware office.
They have seen rapid growth across their offices since their inception thanks, in part, to their modern technology which helps streamline the conveyancing process and keep their clients fully updated throughout.
The candidate will ideally have experience in enfranchisement or leasehold reform, however my client is open to candidates with experience in residential property that are looking to specialise in the above. The firm has a very strong reputation in leasehold enfranchisement and as a result are operating a very busy department. You will be working under some of the best, specialist solicitors in the area who will mentor and support you.
This role could be an excellent stepping stone for someone looking for career progression
Requirements:
• You will be a 1-year PQE+ Solicitor with experience in Leasehold Enfranchisement
• You will be an advocate of the firm in developing new business
• You will have excellent communication skills and a personable manner.
Other requirements:
• Take part in networking and marketing initiatives of the firm;
• Act as an ambassador of the firm;
Salary will be dependent on experience. Long terms prospects for someone willing to accept responsibility, take initiative and get involved in the future of the firm. Their team is very friendly and personable offering great training and support.
