We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking Business Interruption Claim Handlers who can provide a high standard quality of work.
Previous Experience in Business Interruption is Essential
Job role:
Working as part of a small and friendly team, the role will involve:
* Handle claims dealing with loss of profit, loss of rental and additional staff costs
* Assist customers to the best of your ability
* Stay patient as some claims may be prolonged
* Collect the relevant information from the customer
* Advising on strategies to minimise the financial impact of an incident
* Negotiating the final settlements of a claim
* Interpreting financial and other data, to determine the performance of a business both before and after an incident
* Attention to detail is a key point for this role, as is discretion, character, and the ability to carry and manage the varied workload that comes with working within a small company.
