Head of Property

Sue Ross Legal are working with a long-established firm of Solicitors for the recruitment of an experienced Property Solicitor to lead the Conveyancing Department based in Rotherham. You will be joining a thriving team where you will be responsible for the whole range of property transactions, from residential conveyancing to all aspects of commercial property law.
Key Duties will include:
* Dealing with non-standard residential conveyancing files including shared ownership, lease extensions, declarations of trust, new build work
* Handling commercial property sales and purchases, lease assignments, new leases, lease surrenders and extensions
* Working with a range of clients including individual property owners, landlords, developers and commercial entities
* Assisting with marketing initiatives and business development
To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified Solicitor with circa 5 years PQE (however this is just a guide and candidates with more or less experience may also be considered) with experience of managing a team and have a strong understanding of the requirements of CQS Accreditation.
