Elite Search Associates are delighted to be working with a long-established solicitor firm based in Rotherham, South Yorkshire.
Our client is now looking to appoint a Head of Property to be based at their office in Rotherham.
The firm deals with the whole range of property transactions, from Residential conveyancing to all aspects of commercial property law.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to help build on their success in this area and they are looking to recruit an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to join the team.
Experience required
* Property Solicitor of at least 5 years PQE
* Understanding of the requirements of CQS Accreditation
* Prior experience in supervising junior staff/managing a team
* Dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to achieve personal & departmental financial targets
* Ability to win new work and experience of successful marketing initiatives
* Full driving licence & own car
Remuneration and working hours
* Working hours are 9.00 a.m. to 5.15 p.m. Monday to Friday
* Salary between £50,000 and £60,000, negotiable, dependent on experience
