Leading US law firm is looking to hire a new Payroll Coordinator to work either 5 days or 4 days a week, working hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm with a flexible salary, dependent upon experience of £30-40,000.
Duties and responsibilities for this Payroll Coordinator role will include monthly payroll data input for London and other European offices, coordinate payroll data and checklists to ensure payroll schedules/deadlines are met, raise third-party payments, raise all advance and manual payments, provide payslips, P60s etc., filing payroll/benefit and pension documents, manage time and attendance and assist with other ad hoc projects/duties as required.
Applicants require previous payroll experience is essential, a minimum of 5 GCSEs (A to C including Maths and English), experience of working fast-paced and professional environment (ideally a law firm) and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
