Sue Ross Legal are recruiting for a Private Client Solicitor on behalf of an expanding law firm based in the North West of England. You will be joining their Private Client team based in the Cheshire based office and duties will include;
Handling your own full, mixed caseload comprising
* Taking instructions from clients
* Preparing Wills and LPAs
* Providing advice on inheritance tax and trusts issues
* Handling probate
* Administering client estates
