Global US powerhouse is looking to hire a new Graduate Recruiting and Development Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the Senior Graduate Recruiting Coordinator with planning and facilitating all activities and processes relating to the recruitment of the Firm’s trainee solicitors, from initial contact through to offer and acceptance. This role will also provide support to the Senior Graduate Recruitment and Development Coordinator with the coordination and administration of the London Trainee Programme.
Key responsibilities include:
* Support with the coordination, facilitation and administration of all aspects of the London office’s graduate recruitment application processes for its open days, vacation schemes and training contracts.
* Attending graduate recruitment events such as law fairs, sponsorship events and diversity events throughout the UK.
* Scheduling, supporting with event planning, liaising with participants, coordinating internal stakeholders, managing expenses and coordinating immigration queries.
* Be the point of contact for graduate recruitment enquiries, responding to internal stakeholder and candidate queries.
* Coordinate and administrate the London office’s graduate recruitment marketing advertisements and diversity initiatives.
* Be a key graduate recruitment representative at graduate recruitment events on and off campus.
* Support the Senior Graduate Recruitment and Development Coordinator with the coordination of the trainee programme. This includes supporting on seat rotations and the review process.
Applicants require:
* Have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time, prioritise effectively, handle multiple deadlines, track a large volume of candidates and manage internal and external stakeholders.
* Have meticulous attention to detail.
* Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A minimum of two years’ experience of graduate recruitment within professional services or similar is required.
* Demonstrable knowledge of the training contract structure and graduate recruitment processes.
* Experience of candidate management and candidate management systems.
* Educated to degree level preferred, alternatively A-Level or equivalent
