eDiscovery Assistant Project Manager

Excellent opportunity to work in a full lifecycle of data analysis/full EDRM environment. From identification and collection, data management, analysis, reporting to production. Working with large and diversified volumes of electronically stored (structured and unstructured) information. Opportunity to use advanced analytics techniques in various sectors.

Key responsibilities

* Work e2e in supporting eDiscovery engagements, exposure to tasks across the whole project lifecycle.

* Use industry standard software to support client requirements e.g. EnCase, FTK, Nuix, Relativity, Brainspace, SQL etc.

* Provide support to clients (user access, workstream setup, analytics etc.)

* Work with senior project managers to ensure critical deadlines are met and engagement quality is at a high standard

* Problem-solving to overcome unexpected issues, both technical and operational.

* Find new ways to use technologies to solve client problems.

* Build and maintain client relationships to develop and enhance workflows, create synergy between teams.

* Support the training and development of junior staff on eDiscovery engagements. Oversee work across all areas of the project lifecycle.

Qualifications/experience

* Degree in a relevant area e.g. Computer Science, Computer Forensics, Software Engineering (or equivalent).

* Relativity experience (ideally RCA certified).

* Proven experience with standard forensic applications and tools such as EnCase, FTK, Nuix, and Brainspace etc.

* Experience with databases, SQL and relational databases

* Exposure to programming academic or ideally work experiences.

* Analytical and problem solving skills, strong teamwork skills.

* Ability to identify and reduce risk in a fast-paced environment.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, any additional language is considered as a plus.

* Adaptable and able to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.

Desirable (not essential)

* Data processing, Nuix or equivalent industry standard tool.

* Data visualisation, for example PowerBI.

* Scripting language experience, ideally SQL and Python.

* Exposure to OO programming, ideally C#, C++ or Java.
