Housing Litigation Lawyer

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Housing Litigation Lawyer to join their busy office in Northamptonshire.
Responsibilities include:
The role will involve advising clients (some registered Social Housing providers as well as private landlords) on a broad range of matters including (but not exclusively):
* Anti-social behaviour
* Unauthorised occupiers
* Rent arrears
* Possession
* Disrepair claims
* Nuisance claims
Requirements
* The successful candidate may already be working in or for a local authority or will have experience in a similar role already.
* They may be an experienced paralegal or working towards a qualification such as CILEX or SQE.
* You will have the ability to confidentially manage your own workload, excellent communication skills and be a team player with excellent attention to detail wanting to join a firm that is enjoying a significant growth phase
