Contentious Probate Solicitor – Fully Remote

Salary : £40000 – £60000/annum
My client is looking for a Contentious Probate Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to join their team on a fully remote basis.

The team
Due to expansion they are recruiting for a Contentious Trusts & Probate Solicitor to join the department.
The Private Client department is currently flourishing with plans to continue to grow in line with increased workflow. It is a vibrant and hard working team and Contentious Probate is an increasing area.
The role
You will take have the opportunity to work on a caseload that covers all aspects of contentious private client litigation.
There is plenty of opportunity to grow and develop the work and you will be encouraged and given the independence to build relationships with other departments and external referrers.
They work they undertake includes:
• Contesting Validity of Wills
• Inheritance Act Disputes (Left Out of a Will)
• Will Rectification and Lost or Destroyed Wills
• Promise Not Honoured in a Will
• Protecting Charitable Legacies
• Executor or Trustee Disputes
• Attorney or Deputy Investigations
• Claims on estates where there is no will
