The opportunity:
This role is ideal for a professional family lawyer with extensive knowledge in all aspects of family law, as well as an understanding of key financial disciplines. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their commitment to providing legal advice in an empathetic, practical, and driven manner.
Key tasks include:
* To undertake fee-earning work, working both independently, with minimal supervision, and as a member of the team.
* To maintain existing relations with the firm’s clients and assist and help develop new relationships with third-party referrers.
* Advising on all Family law matters including divorce, property and finances, children’s issues, and cohabitation as well as pre-nuptial agreements and mediation.
* Advising on settlement agreements.
* Represent and liaise with both parties.
* A willingness to participate in the growth and future development of the Team, assisting in building up the client base and marketing the firm’s legal services.
* To comply with any direction or instruction in the Firm’s Practice Manual regarding client care.

* Empathic communicator, able to see things from other’s point of view.
* Knowledge of contentious and non-contentious employment law
* At least 18 months PQE
* Personable team player!
