We are currently seeking a Fintech/Payments Lawyer to work with various Axiom clients across all industries.

Responsibilities:

Support in drafting/negotiating a wide range of agreements.

Identify and flag regulatory issues.

General experience in commercial contracts, i.e., partnership/supply agreements, referral/reseller agreement.

Minimum Qualifications:

Good academic standards and 3 to 10 years post-qualification as a UK Solicitor or EU/Overseas with relevant UK experience.

SaaS/Cloud/Tech and FS regulatory experience is required.

In-house experience is strongly preferred; in-house secondments are taken into consideration.
