ISDA Finance Paralegal

Leading US law firm is looking to hire a well-organised and independent paralegal to join their London office, to provide support to the fee-earners in the Financial Services team. The successful candidate will have excellent academics and experience in a similar position. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking for a career in financial services to gain comprehensive experience within a market leading team. This role has a particular focus on ISDA work with duties including assisting in the review and negotiation of ISDAs, prime brokerage agreements, GMRAs, other trading agreements and related documentation, preparing draft fund documentation, reviewing and negotiate service provider agreements, assisting in the launch and ongoing general representation of fund and business structures, managing client files and maintain client ongoing relationship, working with external and foreign counsel and third party service providers, maintaining detailed records of all transactions, undertaking research as required by the team and prepare written feedback following such research and performing any and all other duties as necessary for the efficient functioning of the Department. Applicants need to have strong education, including a 2:1 Law degree (or GDL/LPC) from a top university with at least 12 months experience as a corporate/finance paralegal with working knowledge of ISDAs. Salary to £34,000 plus excellent employee benefits
