Our client has an opportunity for a Paralegal to join their Private Client Team.

This role would be suitable for candidates who have previously Private Client (Wills and Probate ) experience.

The Private Client team pride themselves in offering a professional service and advise on a wide range of matters including wills,

probate, care home fees, NHS Continuing Care, preserving assets, managing affairs, IHT Tax Advice, Equity Release, Trusts and mental capacity issues.

The successful candidate will be adept in dealing with the needs of elderly and vulnerable clients and their families and will work with the team supporting

a varied caseload. You will also advise and prepare Lasting Powers of Attorney.

You must also have excellent client facing skills – good IT and administration skills – a be a team player.
