Commercial Property Solicitor
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £35000 – £38000/annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property solicitor to join a growing law firm that provides expert legal advice, dispute resolution and litigation services to both individuals and commercial clients. Working with the Head of Conveyancing this role will be a great opportunity to gain exposure and grow.
This role will be based in my clients East London office and working within a team of three others including support.
The successful commercial property solicitor will be expected to hit the ground running and will be working on a caseload of 20 – 30 files across commercial property area
Candidates should possess at least 2 years PQE managing general commercial matters in a local or regional setting and be confident in their ability to communicate with their client base. The successful candidate will be an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitors looking to start making a name for themselves amongst the local and regional business community.
Candidate Requirements
* 2+ years PQE ideal
* Work at a London/leading regional practice
* Experience in a decent range of Commercial Property transactions
