Lead Software Engineer/Software Engineering Manager – Fintech
A growing, well funded and technologically advanced Fintech Scale-up is on the look out for a Lead Software Engineer and team mentor to join them on the next chapter of success.
You will be working within an intelligent, friendly and talented team where knowledge sharing is encouraged. Across CI/CD, Cloud and Security this is an advanced company with a unique product and exciting growth plans.

In this role you will:
– own large projects from conception to delivery
– be a go to technical expert for the team
– enable Agile processes and effective sprints
– motivate and lead the team
– help define best practice
You should have a solid technical ability, including with React or other JavaScript frameworks, as well as strong expertise in NodeJS.
Also you should have gained excellent abilities working with Agile, perhaps in a Scrum Master, Agile Coaching or other leadership role, enabling the successful use of Agile in Development.
