We are recruiting for a Landscaping Team Leader on behalf of a well established and growing Northampton based landscaping company that specialises in designing and installing the gardens on new build housing developments.
This is a permanent and full time job with overtime available, also included as part of the package is 28 days holiday, pension, uniform, PPE and the real opportunity to progress through the ranks.
On offer is : up to £13.60 per hour which works out to £578 per week, £2,500 per month, £30,000 a year plus overtime which is paid at enhanced rates.
To be considered you will need to have both soft and hard landscaping experience including ground preparation, turfing, planting, paving, decking, patio laying, timber structure erecting etc., as well as experience of leading a team of landscapers.
If you have worked on a new build site that is great, if not then you just need a minimum of 1 years team leading and two years landscaping (covering hard and soft landscape projects).
You also need your own transport to be able to get to the depot in the morning from where you will travel to and from sites in a company van.
