The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to work for a company providing a first-class service to house builders and developers across the midlands.
daily duties will involve:
Manage a small team of operatives.
General Grounds Maintenance including grass cutting and strimming.
Shrub pruning/Hedge cutting/Weed maintenance.
Herbicide Application (if certified)
To assist with soft landscaping projects
The ability to use horticultural equipment.
Ensuring customer satisfaction
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a similar role or ready for their next step within the industry.
The following are essential for this role:
Driving License
Extensive horticultural experience
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
The following would be desirable:
PA 1 & 6 Tickets
NVQ Level 2 or 3 Horticultural or equivalent
