We are hiring a Landscape Operative that hold a valid CSCS card and can work on residential construction sites as well as customer-facing environments. This is anextensive hard and soft landscaping, and you will be working as a part of a team, field base.
Duties of a landscape operative:
In this role, you will be working in the landscaping team to provide high-quality service, in the time allowed with an excellent finished product. You will be responsible to carry out all aspects of Landscaping, as instructed by the Manager:
To prepare the ground or interior space
To perform turfing and planting
To fully cooperate with clients and their systems and policies while working on any project
To have a good work attitude andcustomer service on top
To ensure that you always work in a safe and secure manner
Skills and experience of a Landscape Operative:
As aLandscape Operative, you need to have:
Valid CSCS cardto be able to get on site
Appropriate PPE, such as safety bootsand Hi-Viz
Ability to communicate effectively with clients
Ability to work well in a team
Ability to timekeeping
Full clean driving licence essential
It would be beneficial to the role if you also had:
Previous experience in landscaping work
Machine experience
Use of saws and abrasive wheels
Plant knowledge

Our client was established over 30 years ago and the has been prospering successfully. The family business expanded over the years and is now completing projects all over the UK. We are looking for a Landscape Operative to join their project on a temp to perm basis. You’ll be joining a team and the client space is located between the Melton Mowbray and Nottingham.
