Duties
* To source land suitable for the construction of care homes throughout the midlands
* Conduct accurate valuations via desk top research and site visits
* Negotiate deals on the land sourced and researched
* Fully package up potential deals to present to the board for approval
* Networking and maintaining new and old industry contacts
You
* You will have experience dealing with Land transactions
* Experience as an Estate Agent or Commercial Agent at Valuer level or above
* Have the understanding of how to build and manage a pipeline
* Be energetic, enthusiastic and tenacious
* Hold a high level of business acumen
* Have strong negotiation and networking skills
* Be ambitious and committed, with the drive and determination to develop your skills and knowledge
