Adecco are assisting a fast-growing Ferndown based Landscaping client with their search for a Garden Maintenance/Landscaping Team Leader to join a friendly and busy team!
Location: Ferndown
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Contract: Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 to 16:30
You will be working on both commercial and domestic properties mainly in the Dorset area, but also as far as Somerset on the occasion.
Work van will be provided for travel to the job and back.
You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and the ability to deliver work to the required standards.
You should be happy to work as part of a team, but able and confident to work on your own.
You will be potting and planting new decorative bushes, flowers, plants and shrubs, fixing fences and patios, maintaining gardens, removing weeds and dead plants, mowing lawns, trimming overgrown limbs, hedges and leaves and driving to various jobs.
You must be happy to work outdoors. No heavy lifting.

Have some experience/transferable skills such as landscaping, garden maintenance, labouring, carpentry is preferred
Valid Driving Licence
Good level of English and Maths
Able to work under own initiative
CSCS card (not necessary but is a bonus)
Have an interest in gardening
Be hard working and happy to work outdoors
