My client is a leading Financial Advisory (IFA) firm based in Wakefield . Providing Financial Advice to both businesses, professionals and individuals.
We are urgently seeking a Junior IFA / Advisor Support Administrator to join an existing team providing support to the Independent Financial Advisers within the Wealth Management areas of the business. Specifically you will process new business, including accurate completion and submission of application forms and the submission of business via platforms, set up Adviser charges and produce relevant invoices, prepare accurate review packs and client valuations, send letters of authority and request information from 3rd party product providers, general maintenance of policies, administrative support for group pension arrangements, liaising with clients and 3rd parties by telephone and email, ensuring all data is recorded within Intelligent Office (internal system) maintaining accuracy and compliance.
We are seeking someone who has ideally just left Education, orn with 1 years office experience, with excellent Customer Service skills and experience in dealing with clients on the phone. We would be interested in someone who can demonstrate some interest in Financial Services and keen to develop within the sector by working towards gaining experience within a very well established IFA firm.
