ROLE: JUNIOR PROJECT ASSOCIATE
We are looking for a Junior Project Associate to join our dynamic project management team.
JAC Group has an exciting opportunity for a talented, self-motivated, driven and enthusiastic induvial who is looking to pursue a career in project management!
Full training will be given to the right individual who will be assigned to predominately work alongside and provide full support to one of our long-standing and vastly experienced project managers.
Starting off at entry-level, you’ll be given the opportunity to discover the intricacies of project management. Full training, guidance and support will be given to assist with your learning and development as you delve further into the role developing your confidence, experience and knowledge, responsibilities will increase in accordance with your progression.
Job Specification Project Management:
Schedule site visits and project meetings
Create meeting agendas
Produce kick-off meeting information when project awarded
Accompany project manager to project meetings and site visits
Note taking for project meetings
Create project programmes using Asta Powerproject Software (training provided) Produce budget financial forecasts (guidance provided)
Draft; risk registers, project dashboard, RFI for landlord team (guidance provided) Assist PM with production of tender packs and RFI’s (guidance provided) Creation of and updates to project directories, liaising with project team to ensure all contacts are included Update database with project information throughout project duration (training provided) Document scanning Document formatting, printing and binding
Sending and filing of project emails Diary management for project team
Quality check document (minutes, agenda’s) formatting prior to client issue – correct font, spacing, logo, address etc.
Other duties may include but not limited to:
Provide administrative support to Project Directors, Project Managers and Sales Team
Creating Proposal job bags at sales stage Produce all sales letters and administrative documentation following client appointments and throughout the sales process, ensuring all documents produced adhere to JAC branding standards.
Booking couriers / passenger cars
Franking mail
Answering incoming calls to the business, message taking and issuing to recipient

Seeking career in project management Good work eithic Proactive Must have good attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage own workload and juggle priorities to meet deadlines Excellent telephone manner Computer literate; strong knowledge of MS Office Suite Friendly and confident Self-motivated / driven Outgoing personality Well-presented Flexible Team player
