About our Client
Our client is a unique business specialising in crops to support restoration projects across the UK. They invest in state-of-the-art glasshouses that focus on sustainability.
About the Role
In this role, you will be working closely with the glasshouse manager and support in all aspects of growing high-quality crops. You will run the day-to-day of the team around you, ensuring they are working efficiently and remain motivated. You will be crop walking, weeding, irrigated and spraying as required. As well as supporting in the crop walks, you will be supporting in despatch, stock taking and quality control.
The Ideal Candidate
This role is ideal for someone who is looking to take a step up in their career. Ideally, you will have a qualification in horticulture and previous experience working in a busy environment. You will be a confident communicator, as you will be managing a team of ~25 daily. Spray certificates are an advantage, too.
