Salary: £22,000 – £25,000 per annum depending on experience

Our client is one of the UK’s largest independent pharmaceutical wholesalers offering a product range through exceptional customer service and efficient delivery.
The role:
Based on the service desk, handling 1st and 2nd line technical support enquiries. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our client as they are looking to expand their support team to enable continued business growth and support the business though the implementation of new systems over the coming months.
The successful candidate:
Required:
Experienced in handling 1st / 2nd line technical support queries and maintaining excellent customer service.
Taking ownership of problems and driving them through to resolution.
Managing SLA’s and escalating calls as required.
Logging / managing calls on a service desk.
Creating and following documentation, process and procedures where required.
Electronic ordering support, liaising with internal / external stakeholders and troubleshooting though various systems.
Experienced in Windows 10 desktop support.
Experienced in Office 2016/2019/O365 support.
Virus removal and repair experience.
Good working knowledge of desktop hardware, setup and configuration.
Experience of Microsoft AD for user management.
Daily checks E.G. Checking Backups, Updates, Antivirus etc.
Remote support experience, specifically remote laptop workers, home workers, remote sites.
LAN troubleshooting experience.
Experience in WiFi networks and supporting users on 3rd Party networks.
Mobile device support.
Ability to trouble shoot printers, install printers.
Working with suppliers and 3rd party’s where required to facilitate break fix and service delivery.
Undertake project work as directed.
Would suit someone with some helpdesk experience who is looking for a more varied roll.
Flexible and willing to work away on occasion.
Desirable:
Driving Licence and own Car.
Basic MS server Experience.
Basic Solaris experience, managing users and printers.
Microsoft or similar desktop certification.
ITIL Foundation or above.
Good HP hardware experience and understanding.
Microsoft Business Central / Nav Support Experience
