IT Recruitment Consultant
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £25000 – £35000/annum + commission
Are you a recruitment consultant with IT experience? Are you looking for somewhere that will help you to grow and build your career?
As an IT recruitment consultant at Talent Analytix you will be an experienced 360 IT consultant, with the ability to manage candidates through the recruitment process. The successful candidate must have minimum of 6 months IT experience and minimum of 3 year recruiting experience. You must have had exposure to business development, negotiation, lead generation and selling.
You will develop long term strategic client relationships, both through telephone contact and face-to-face meetings
Gain a full understanding of client hiring requirements
Identify and qualify suitable candidates prior to submission
Qualify and follow up business leads generated by the team
Achieve KPI’s and monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets
