Internal Recruiter (Bi-lingual) – 12 Months- London- £30-£35 ph
A global Social Media company are looking for an experienced recruiter to join their team on an initial 12 month contract supporting recruitment for global operations.
Responsibilities:
· Design and execute customised candidate recruiting strategies to attract top talent running both full cycle searches and sourcing supported searches
· Partner closely with soucrers, coordinators and hiring managers to on board the best candidates on the market
· Manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity and proactively share data- centric updates with internal stakeholders
· Manage hiring manager partnerships
· Establish and maintain relationships across management and key cross- functional stakeholders internally
Key Skills/ Experience:
· 8+ years experience full cycle recruitment experience
· Experience recruiting for an internal team
· Experience managing all components of the pipeline and share updates with internal stakeholders
· Ability to consult, influence and manage a range of stakeholders to drive hiring initiatives towards results
· Fluency in an additional language
· Experience hiring talent in EMEA, APAC or LATAM regions
