URGENT ROLE – Interim FP+A Analyst | £200 – £250 per day | 6 months | Media | Brentford & WFH
Cedar is working with one of the world's leading media and entertainment companies in the search for an Interim FP+A Analyst to join the wider Financial Planning and Analysis team on a 6 month interim basis.
As the interim FP+A Analyst you will provide day to day support to the FP&A Manager, covering financial planning and analysis relating to the relevant EMEA countries. This will include the budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and review of actual results of full P&L.
Responsibilities
Assist with planning cycles for all expenditures including budgets and reforecasts
Review and analysis of month end results
Business partnering with relevant operational heads and non-finance staff
Ensure excellence in accounting and reporting
Identify ways to simplify and/or automate financial processes and reporting
Share system knowledge to ensure best practice
Assist with scenario planning and modelling.
Experience
Part Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent)
MUST have prior experience in financial planning and analysis
Excellent knowledge of P&L and balance sheet and cash flow statement
Excellent technical and analytical skills
Previous use of SAP advantageous
Ability to work with large amounts of data in Excel
Ability to adapt and work well in a fast-paced environment
Results-oriented
You will be required to work in the office 2 to 3 times per week.
This is an urgent role, therefore you will need to be immediately available or on a maximum one week notice period for this role.
