* Client correspondence
* Compilation of Asset Allocation spreadsheets
* Answering telephones and dealing with client non-advice queries
* Scanning and creating entries on Intelliflo (I.O.) back-office system
* Dealing with incoming/outgoing post
* New client administration/onboarding
* Ensuring client information is correctly recorded and updated on I.O.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
* Working knowledge of Intelliflo.
Salary £21,000 – £30,000depending upon experience
