Our Client is looking for with a strong administration skill-set who is also comfortable and capable of writing letters and making outbound calls to customers.
The Role;
* To support the Customer Service team with all administration tasks
* Processing claims to support the department
* Responding to emails and letters
* Answering inbound phone calls as and when required
* Making outbound calls to customers to check database information
* Dealing with overflow calls during busy periods
Skills;
* Previous Administration and customer service experience
* Experience of writing letters
* Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages
* Eager to learn
* Great attention to detail
* Computer literate
