Due to continuous growth and recent expansion to our newly refurbished warehouse at Pilsworth, we are looking for the right individual to join our established Installations team. This office-based role is perfect for somebody with an electromechanical background, ideally who has technical experience relevant to coffee machines.
The role:
* Liaising with our customer to inform them of installation dates
* Being available to our field installation team to help deal with technical problem solving
* Liaising with third party FM/ pest companies to ensure that infestation works are communicated to ourselves as quickly as possible.
* Route planning to ensure optimum efficiency
* Liaising with our workshop to ensure that units returning are made available as quickly as possible.
* General adhoc duties when required
Our Ideal Candidate:
* Technical Experience of working within the coffee industry (installer/ engineer etc )
* IT competent
* Great organisational communication skills
* A problem solver
* Driving licence (Not essential)
* Technical Knowledge / Experience with coffee vending machines (Not essential)

Salary: Competitive hourly rate
Working Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday
