Duties and Responsibilities:
This is a varied role that involves maintaining and developing the company’s IT technologies whilst supporting the UK team currently consisting of approximately 70 users (and growing!) You will work closely with all areas of the business and take full responsibility for introducing new technologies that support our client’s security vision.
Duties include:
* Maintaining the company’s asset inventories, internal infrastructure, security tools and user accounts.
* Maintaining and ensuring updates are complete for devices and servers to keep them in support.
* Implement new tools from Group IT, implement security policies and controls, implement automation & processes to enable efficient onboarding.
* Support all users with their day-to-day requests and queries.
* Manage tickets and requests.
* Troubleshoot all hardware and software related issues.
* Administer accounts and access requests.
* Providing Tier1 & Tier 2 Support.
Knowledge and Skills:
* A minimum of 3ys+ experience in a broad IT Support Engineering role being able to support and maintain a company’s IT Infrastructure including monitoring, troubleshooting and resolving issues with internal IT systems, networks and applications.
* Minimum 2nd line support level.
* Excellent experience and understanding of 0ffice365 (0365) products and tools.
* Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure.
* System deployment processes.
* Experience with system monitoring tools.
* Some experience of networking protocols ideal but not essential
* Any experience of Mobile Device Management products such as Jamf or Microsoft Intune is desirable.
