We are working with a Financial Planning & Investment Management Firm based in Kent who are looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team.
Responsibilities: –
* To provide support services for all client sales made by the Wealth Advisers, to ensure 100% compliance with the FCA regulations on the conduct of business and 100% compliance with the company's internal administrative requirements. This will include 100% compliance with the company's system recording requirements, using Intelligent Office database system. Experience with Intelliflo is therefore essential to the role.
* To support the Directors in their advisory work with clients, including the collation of information, the obtaining of illustrations, the production of standard letters to clients and providers. NB You will not be required to give advice in your job role but will be required to ensure that all customer needs are satisfied to the best of your ability.
* Accurate and efficient administration of both paper and system-based records, including email.
* Provide full administrative support to the Administration Manager to deal with ongoing and technical queries as and when they arise, working within the achievable deadlines set out.

* Excellent organisation, communication, and numeracy skills both written and oral.
* Ability to work accurately under pressure of tight deadlines.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure.
* Willingness to accept responsibility and display initiative
* Accuracy and attention to detail must be of the highest priority at all times, even when deadlines must be achieved in timely manner
