Hygiene Supervisor (NIGHTS)
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £27000 – £30000/annum
Hygiene Supervisor (NIGHTS) needed in North Wales working with the largest independent manufacturer of cakes.
£27k -£30k per annum
Sun – Thurs – no weekends

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for all aspects of site hygiene, effectively supervising the Hygiene Team.
* To ensure factory cleanliness to the highest standards at all times, exceeding legislative requirements, internal and customer requirements.
* Developing a multi-skilled and motivated team whilst operating within budgets and targets.
* Take an active part in third party and customer audits.
* To recognise, evaluate and control chemical, physical and biological hazards, in the work place whilst cleaning.
* Evaluate the Company’s compliance with health and safety regulations and the customer’s codes of practice.
* Liaise with supplies regarding products and relevant usage.
Requirements:
* Experience of the food industry essential, ideally within bakery.
* Experience of working towards BRC Food Safety Standards.
* Basic HACCP knowledge.
