Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £45000 – £55000/annum
Our client is a major packer/importer of Fresh Produce for the UK retailers. Due to on-going success they are now on the hunt for a Fresh Produce-experienced HR Manager that will directly manage the many varied and daily HR tasks as required by this fast moving business.
You will join a company with strong leadership demonstrating a passion for its employees and customers. This company has a huge emphasis on delivering high standards, innovative services and working in partnership with customers.
They currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Manager who will be in a highly visible, strategic and operational role within the organisation. Working closely with key stakeholders to improve business performance and achieve commercial goals. Key areas will be performance management, talent management, KPI management, recruitment process, policy updates.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who will have at least 2 years operating at this level. Produce industry experience would be ideal but more important is the character and drive to make a difference to this changing business.
