About the Role
The role is office based in Wolverhampton and is part of a team providing support to Managers across the North and Midlands region.
The purpose of this post is to support the HR team with day to day administration duties.
Main Duties and Responsibilites
Undertake all word processing requirements, e.g. letters, reports, data processing etc.
Maintain and update excel spreadsheets and administration systems
Maintain manual and electronic filing systems
Answer the telephone and relay messages reliably
Take on any duties required to effectively support the HR department
All payroll related administration / iTrent
Developing reports and processes for collation of information
The successful candidate will have:
Excellent communication skills
Excellent IT skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience in an HR setting is desirable
