We are searching for an HR Administrator at our Gateshead office to be the first point of contact for the HR department handling telephone/email enquiries and managing the department admin as required. As an HR Administrator you will be responsible for:

Managing the HR department Inbox
Triaging queries and logging on our case management system and delegating to relevant Assistant/Advisor
Managing the department switchboard
Recording data and producing reports
Supporting the administration of the DBS process
Administrating various HR related processes
Any other duties required by the line manager to support the HR department As an HR Administrator you will have the following expertise and attributes:

Strong stakeholder management and relationship building
Excellent attention to detail
Process-driven
Ability to work well under pressure and handle high volumes of workload
Ability to follow and adhere to set processes
Ability to know when to escalate to management
Work well as part of a team
