Salary : £12/hour

We are currently looking for a Neighbourhood Housing Officer to provide housing support across the Gateshead borough.
The Role:
* Be the first point of contact for tenants and provide support where necessary
* Work with vulnerable tenants and make referrals when needed
* Carry out a range of visits to properties ensuring they're in good condition
* Provide customers with housing advice and carry out home visits
* Undertake reviews regarding tenancies
* Carry out inspections on estates and communal areas
The Person:
* Must be educated to a minimum of 4 GCSE's graded A-C including Maths and English
* Must have previous housing experience
* Must have excellent customer service skills
* Must be IT literate
