Interaction Recruitment is looking for the ultimate Hospitality Recruitment Consultant to join our established office in Bristol. The successful Hospitality Recruitment Consultant for this role will already have a proven track record in standards driven recruitment, and have the drive and ambition to grow business
About You
· You'll already have exposure to recruitment – whether this is in a Hospitality setting or your are a seasoned recruiter
· Empathy is important to good Hospitality Recruitment, and you will care about your clients and candidates with equal measure
· You must be an effective communicator, and be able to converse with a wide range of clients and candidates
· You will have a "Never give up" attitude, and have thicker skin than a Rhino!
· We love a chat, and you will be a natural on the phone too!
